Garment Policies/ Information
Please note that all mockups used at the time of sale are computer generated. While myself and my screen printer do our best to color match perfectly, sometimes there may be a minor color difference in the ink and the photo used. Computer/ phone settings can also affect the appearance of the photo.
Graphics will vary in size ratio depending on the size of the garment. Graphics may also vary in appearance based on the color of the garment.
Each garment purchased from Sueded Sugar is professionally screen printed. However, because each garment is printed by hand, while rare, small imperfections may occur. I always do my best to catch any issues prior to shipping but if there is a print issue that was not caught please do not hesitate to email me at email@example.com.
The ink on your garments should never fade with wash and wear. If there is ever an issue with the ink on your shirt please email me and give me a chance to fix it. This is so important to me as we only sell professionally printed garments and fading ink is not our standard. Ink fading indicates an issue with the curing or the print and my screen printers need to be made aware when an issue arises.
Processing time for apparel orders is 21 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included. Shipping time is not included.
All digital downloads expire after 30 days.
There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges offered on apparel or recipes. If your garment is defective upon arrival please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once orders have shipped and you have received tracking information, Sueded Sugar can no longer be held liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Sueded Sugar is not responsible for packages once they have shipped.
While we are more than willing to ship internationally, please be aware that insurance is not automatically added to international packages and Sueded Sugar cannot be held liable for the cost of a missing package. Buyer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties or charges.
