Creamy Vanilla Chai sugar cookie & icing

The flavor of this chai cookie is SO good! The dough bakes a wonderful cookie with no spread. 2 days later I can still smell the spices in my kitchen and I love it!

This recipe made a lot of dough which was great. The spices in the recipe made the house smell amazing and the cookies themselves held their shape and the flavour was awesome. Kind of reminded me of a spice cake only in cookie form. 5 stars!
