Why Hybrid icing?
I love using a hybrid icing for multiple reasons!
*It has an incredibly soft bite but dries hard enough to package without any issues
*It dries with an amazing shine, perfect for painting on without ruining the shine
*Less separation in your piping bags
I am actually starting to like this recipe. I am going to say learning to work with the amount of karo syrup has been a challenge. The drying takes longer. BUT I really like how it all comes around. My cookies look great and the flavor is nice.
